The Labor Day Festival Begins

We ventured a bit farther on our walk this morning than we have been. I would so love to freeze time and wander along these paths forever! So beautiful!

We had a good day, lots of people and several sales. The highlight of the day was selling Rocky. It was a happy and a sad moment when a lady came in and said she hadn't come to buy anything, but then she saw Rocky and just had to have him! Goodbye old feller, we're going to miss you!

The detailers came today and cleaned and detailed the pickup and washed the travel trailer. Both look good! John found out this evening when he tried to start the pickup to load Rocky, that the battery was dead. I guess they turned the switch for the headlights on when they were cleaning the inside and it ran down. Luckily, we had a battery charger in the camper and were able to charge them.

Alan had his annual pizza night tonight. Most everyone was there and we had a great time.
