Quiet Day

I caught up on laundry and took it easy today. John started his night shifts tonight, a day late, so he only has to do 2. He is counting down on night shifts left to work until retirement, I think it's around 17. I watched Flightplan this evening, it's a good movie.

I have several beautiful sunflowers blooming. I love the colors! They all came up from seeds from last year.

Here's a bell pepper, they are getting really big now!

And here's a squash, I can't remember the variety, it was a heirloom winter squash. Hope it gets ripe so I can save seeds, I used all that were in the package.
