Labor Day

Another beautiful day. We walked this morning, then Vickie made breakfast for several of us, yummy omelets.

It was a slow day, not many people came in, I think most of them have headed back home. Here's a few shots from the day.

Standing on the lawn looking towards the street.

Our homes away from home.

Monna is constantly getting teased about her "fly control" method. She puts out baggies of water to keep the flies away. We've noticed that it must work for elephants, we haven't seen any around since she put out the bags. Apparently this guy didn't get the word and he didn't mind getting on the bag to eat a bite of bacon. I'm not sure what kind of a critter it is, it's not a fly, maybe a bee or yellow jacket?

The outdoor artists all lined up to pack up their booths. I'm so glad we don't have to do this every weekend!

We loaded up several of the large sculptures to bring home, we have more than we can get home in one trip, so are going to start bringing things home now. This month has flown by so fast, only three more weekends until the end of the Barn season!
