We attended Jessie's birthday party today at the Ponderosa Lanes in Show Low. It was a fun party. We all bowled, and the kids also played video games. We had snacks while we were bowling and after our game we sang Happy Birthday to Jessie and had some yummy birthday cake.

After the party John and I went looking for chairs to replace the louzy Lazy Boy recliners we got less than a year ago. We checked out the store where we got the Lazy Boys,
I was hoping they'd offer to take the old ones back in trade or just exchange them, but they didn't. They didn't have anything we liked so we went down to the Mattress Factory and bought a double recliner. It seemed comfortable sitting in it at the store, but sitting here this evening, it's hurting my back and neck and the back doesn't recline without the foot rest being up. Bummer, not sure I'm going to like it.
