What's Up With the Elms?

I thought my eyes were going weird on me, I looked at the elm tree across the street and the leaves didn't look green any more. Then I looked at others on the street and they don't either. Some of them are looking kind of brownish. Maybe the snow and cold weather froze them?

The wind is back today, bummer!
