He's finished!

We took the bear up to the car wash to wash all the welding smoke and chalk marks off. John counted the spikes he used and put a chalk mark on each one as he counted it. He used 575 spikes!


This afternoon we rode over to Andy's to return a tool John borrowed from him. There is still snow on the hills from last weekends snowstorm. I thought it would be all gone by now.


Here's a closeup of the burn area. There is still grass there, from a distance it looks like it vaporized all the grass down to the roots, but they are still there.
